VODAFONE DISCLOSES THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2010

Vodafone Company discloses the annual financial statements for the year ended March31, 2010. The financials revealed a net loss of QR 673.4 million versus a net loss of QR 133 million for the period from 23 June 2008 to 31 March 2009.

The loss per share (LPS) is QR 0.82 for year ended March 2010 versus (LPS) QR 0.26 for the period from 23 June 2008 to 31 March 2009
