QATAR CINEMA AND FILM DISTRIBUTION COMPANY ANNOUNCES THE RIGHT ISSUE SUBSCRIPTION WILL START ON 16/5/2010

Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution Company announced has decided the following:

1) Priority will be given to QC Shareholders for the right issue subscription as per Doha Closing Market on date 29/4/2010.
2) The subscription will start from Sunday 16/05/2010 and for 15 days only in QNB main branch and all it’s branches.
