Qatar Navigation obtains approval to extend the deadline to provide Qatar exchange with their 1st Quarters Financial Statements of 2010

Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) has approved the request of Qatar Navigation (QNNS) to extend the closing date to provide Qatar Exchange with the 1st Quarter Financial Statements of 2010, until Monday, 26 April 2010 end of day. Qatar Navigation requested the extra time in order to include the results and outcome of their acquisition of Qatar Shipping Company within the disclosure of their financial statements, to ensure transparency for investors
