Account Holder (Investor)	Is an individual or corporate that legally owns one or more shares of stocks in one or more listed company at Securities Market
المساهم	هو شخص أو شركة تمتلك أسهم من أسهم في الشركات المدرجة بسوق الأوراق المالية
Authorized Person	Is a person who is formally empowered to perform specified duties on behalf of another person or company
الشخص المفوض	هو الشخص المفوض رسمياً لتأدية واجبات محددة بالنيابة عن شخص أو شركة

Representation Account	Is when a mature account holder mandates another person (Representative) to do some or all of the trading procedures on his/ her behalf
حساب توكيل	عندما يقوم مساهم بالغ بتوكيل شخص آخر ( الوكيل) للقيام بكل أو بعض المهام المتعلقة بإجراءات التداول بالنيابة
G Glossary
Guardian	An individual who has been given the legal responsibility to care for a child or adult who is incapable of taking care of themselves due to age or lack of capacity. The appointed individual is totally responsible for all the trading transactions on behalf of the minor till the vanishing of the reasons of the guardianship (reaching the age of 18).
الوصي	هو الشخص المسؤول قانونياً للعناية بطفل أو ناضج غير قادرين على رعاية أنفسهم بسبب العمر أو النقص في القدرات. ويكون الوصي مسؤولاَ مسؤولية تامة عن عمليات التداول بالنيابة عن القاصر لحين زوال سبب الوصاية( بلوغ 18 سنة)

Investor Number (Nin. # : National Identification Number)	The investor number is a unique number issued form the DSM to an investor. The investor number is used to transfer shares to and from an investor’s account each time a buy or sell transaction takes place.
رقم المساهم	هو رقم يصدر من سوق الدوحة للأوراق المالية إلى المساهم. ويستخدم هذا الرقم لتحويل الأسهم من وإلى حساب المساهم عند القيام بعملية تداول ( بيع أو شراء الأسهم)

Minor	Is a person who is under the age of adulthood (under 18) and is legally granted rights afforded to adults in society under the Guardianship of an adult.
القاصر	هو شخص يكون تحت سن البلوغ( 18) سنة ويمنح قانونياً جميع حقوق البالغين تحت وصاية شخص بالغ

Power of Attorney	Is the delegation granted by the mandator to the representative to represent him at certain issues such as selling and buying transactions and receiving cheques in the first beneficiary name
توكيل	عندما يقوم شخص بتوكيل شخص آخر لتمثيله في مسائل محددة كالبيع والشراء وإستلام الشيكات بإسم المستفيد الأول
